The SBL is the longest-running website on living barefoot . The Society maintains letters from state health departments and offers information to the general public, but they also have a very active discussion board for members. There are hurdles to jump in order to gain free membership, but the process is remarkably effective at weeding out the “weirdos.” |

There is a growing number of resources on the web for those interested in the health benefits of going shoeless. The exploding interest in barefoot running has even encouraged more scientific research in this area than ever before. |

Living Barefoot is well-maintained and makes available a fantastic podcast (“The Living Barefoot Show”) and blogroll. Oddly, most of their content seems to be about shoes. |
